I recently updated my Tw to version After the upgrade I noticed that the remote clients that I have at the other end of the country will NOT update threw the client anymore as it has been in the past. This means that I can't connect to the remote computers at all anymore nor upate them either. Please help me out? As TeamViewer lastest version can always remote connect to equal or lower version of TeamViewer. Kindly check for supported operating system information and the internet settings on both sides of connection if you are experincing any connectivity issue. The remote Teamviewer is running and old version witch is out of date. Therefor you cannot connecto to this version anymore. Your connection partner can update TeamViewer by clicking "help". Check for new version.

We have bought a Business Licesnse for Teamviewer 11 but as soon as I try to remote connect to a person running Teamviewer 12 it tells me I need to upgrade in order to connect. Which means I loose my Licesnse and get back on a Free version! Go to Solution. It appears that I can continue using TeamViewer11 without upgrading. What I have done was to put a button within my application that will download TeamViewer11 Quick Support. My clients can simply click that button, download, and run QuickSupport without any hassle. Within seconds, I'm able to log onto their computer and give the support.

At some point in the past week I have started getting an error message on my home computer about needing to update my TeamViewer. It says "Your partner is using a newer version of TeamViewer and you need to update your version of TeamViewer to establish a connection". The problem is, when I'm in my TeamViewer, it tells me that there are no updates available and that the version I'm using version But it still will not let me connect. I tried completing shutting down the TeamViewer on both computers to see if that helps. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to try next?
